Kiefer Sutherland has been charged with a DUI according to the LA City attorney office.

He’s the star of “24,” and also my surprising secret love.   Because Sutherland was recently arrested while still on probation for a drunk driving arrest that took place back in 2004, he’s looking at possible jail time from anywhere between four days and a year, according to Nick Velasquez, representative for the city attorney’s office, who also had this to say:

“We also charged him with a second DUI offense within 10 years, which we believe also violates the terms of his probation.”

Looks like he’s really in trouble this time, I think  he’s going to be in jail for a little longer than our good friend Paris.
