Isn’t this the week for engagements?! First Fergie and now Jessica Alba. Looks like her unexpected pregnancy has pushed her relationship with Cash Warren in full gear. People Magazine is reporting that the couple is officially engaged. Jessica was spotted walking around town with a new rock on her left ring finger. Working on getting you a picture as we speak.

HollyScoop.com is reporting that Misha Barton was arrested for DUI and possession of illegal narcotics at 2:45 am while driving on a suspended drivers license in West Hollywood, CA. Poor Misha better get a pair of those cheap KEDS walking shoes because her butt is gonna be walking now!

Mary Kate Olsen was spotted leaving Lanny Nails in Los Angeles carrying her shoes and using them to hide her face from the paparazzi. I suppose she’s barefoot since she just got a pedicure and didn’t want to ruin it, but wouldn’t flip flops have been the more obvious answer?

Tori Spelling took her two favorite men out with her on a little shopping spree around Beverly Hills. Husband Dean McDermott and their baby Liam Aaron went for the ride as Tori undoubtedly took control of the credit cards. Also in tow was Dean’s son Jack Montgomery who has grown up to be such a cutie!! The foursome hit up Optometrix, The Gap, and Levi’s.

TMZ has confirmed that Mischa Barton has been arrested on suspicion of DUI, possession of narcotics and driving on a suspended license.
According to a press release issued by the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department, the former “O.C.” star was pulled over early this morning around 2:45 AM as she was driving in West Hollywood, Calif. Cops say she “was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn.” When deputies pulled her over, they determined that she “was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.”
